25 People Confessed Their Funniest Online Order Mishaps and I Can’t Stop Laughing

If you’ve ever shopped online, chances are you’ve had some kind of order mix-up at one time or another.

I’ve had packages show up at my door of things I never ordered, and other times things didn’t look quite the same as they had looked online.

I’ve rounded up some of the funniest stories of order mishaps…it’s always nice to feel like crazy things don’t just happen to us, right?

A girl I used to work with bought her first flat, and was broke, but needed furniture. She went onto eBay, which she had never used. Bought a load of furniture, dirt cheap. When it arrived, it was in a small box. It was furniture for a doll’s house.

A young SEND lad ordered what he thought was 10 bees for his garden. Turned out to be 10000 His startled mother had a call from the post office to collect the delivery asap as the contents 'were getting very angry'. Lad now has proper hives and makes honey!

When we were first dating, my now husband was a bit embarrassed when the flowers he had ordered turned out to be artificial rather than real – 12 years later I still have them and they cheer me up whenever I look at them.

Well, not a mistake as such but, one time when ordering tampons from Tesco, they didn't have any and substituted them with … bananas. The delivery driver was so embarrassed, poor guy.

I ordered a 16 piece flatware set from target and instead of 16 pieces they sent a singular mug. I called and was like hey, u only sent me a mug! and they were like so sorry. we will send u a new set!! and it arrived today. and it was. one singular plate. I can’t stop laughing
