There is nothing like a small child to make you feel young, and simultaneously really, really old.
Kids that have grown up in this world of fast-paced technology genuinely have a hard time imagining life before iPhones, Facetime, and television on demand.
My kids have never had to wait for a commercial break for their show to come back on, or worse yet, miss the show altogether because they weren’t home when it aired.
They have never run to the mailbox day after day awaiting a letter from their best friend who moved away – they simply tap a button on their phone and their friend’s face magically appears.
Here are some of my favorite posts about kids just not understanding our lives back in the “1900’s”…enjoy!

#2 LOL…
#3 Ouch…
#4 Imagine if they saw a record album…
#5 LOL…
#6 Oh, to be 38 again…
#7 I can only imagine what they would’ve said about life at 70…
#8 Ahh, the good old newspaper! I love that my dad still gets it delivered every day…
#9 Oh, the hardship we endured with having to mail DVD’s…
#10 I miss being able to slam the phone down in anger…doesn’t exactly work with an iPhone!
#11 Missed that war by just a bit…
My stepson kept asking me super detailed questions about World War 2 battles(casualties, equipment, etc) and getting mad when I didn't know the answers off the top of my head. I asked why he was so upset and he said "Weren't you there?"
